Online Ukulele
Play the ukulele with our simple online keyboard.
The ukulele is a small wooden instrument that is similar in appearance to an acoustic guitar. It is, however, much smaller and has only 4 strings, rather than 6. It is played by plucking or strumming the strings.

The instrument is very strongly associated with Hawaii and features prominently in the music and culture of the islands. One of the best ukulele players of all time was Hawaiian player Israel Kamakawiwoʻole, affectionalely known as “IZ”.
IZ, who sadly passed away in 1997, has been described as “The Voice of Hawaii”. His cover of Somewhere over the Rainbow is one of the most watched videos on YouTube, amassing well over one billion views.
To play the online ukulele, simply press the keys on your Qwerty keyboard, click the notes with your mouse, or if you’re using a touch device, tap the keys with your finger. You can play chords by pressing multiple keys at once.
If you have a USB midi device, you can plug this into your computer to play via that method too.
